Cancellation Fees
Cancellation of sessions are due 12 hours prior to training sessions and cancellation of training packages before their term is over requires a dovtors excuse.

Rates vary from person to person depending on a 1/2 or hour sessions. Rates will be discussed during success session consultation.

My background is in physical education with a background in sports nutrition. Kettlebell certified, certified in personal training and CSCS.
No Limits Innovative offer Kettlebell classes on Tuesday and Thursday 6:30pm, 30 minute lunch time classes on Monday’s and Friday’s at 12pm and a 1 hour Saturday class at 9:30am.
